- Bonuses and commissions are paid monthly, subject to eligibility and compliance.
- The company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with prior notice.
6. Product Purchases and Returns
- Product purchases are optional but may be necessary to qualify for commissions.
- Refunds and returns are subject to the Return Policy.
- Misuse of the return policy may result in termination.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresent earnings or potential income.
- Promote illegal, deceptive, or unethical practices.
- Sell or distribute pirated, counterfeit, or unauthorized products.
- Spam or use misleading online marketing techniques.
8. Termination
The company may terminate your account for violations, misconduct, fraud, or non-compliance. You may
terminate your agreement at any time with written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for losses due to business decisions, lost profits, or technical failures. All

10. Intellectual Property
All company trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of the company and may not be used without
permission.

- Distributors must identify as independent distributors.
- No disparaging comments about the company or others.
- No unofficial company pages or groups without permission.
20. Training and Support
The company provides onboarding and training. Ongoing training may be required for bonuses.
21. No Territory Exclusivity
No exclusive territories are granted. The company may sell anywhere.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
All data collected is used under the Privacy Policy. Breaches will result in termination and possible
legal action.
23. Inventory Loading and Buy-Back Policy
- No purchase of more inventory than can be reasonably sold.
- Stockpiling to qualify for bonuses is prohibited.
- Buy-back is available on unused products under certain conditions.
24. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation
During and 6–12 months after association, you may not solicit distributors/customers for competitors or
sell competing products.
25. Events and Conferences
Attendance is optional unless specified. Conduct must be professional.
26. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Distributors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with laws.
27. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for failures due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics,
strikes, etc.).
28. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder still applies.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with Compensation Plan, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct, form the entire
agreement.
